Changes in our traffic plan for autumn and winter 2021-2022
As the coronavirus pandemic still affects to air travel and flight demands globally, we have reviewed our traffic plan for autumn and winter 2021 - 2022. See the instructions here if your travel plans were affected due to changes.
Changes in carrying pets in hold on our intercontinental flights
Due to the coronavirus situation, we do not currently accept new bookings to carry a pet in the hold of our wide body aircraft on intercontinental flights. The restriction is valid from 9 June 2021 until further notice.
Tips for smooth travelling during the summer holiday and peak hours
During the summer holiday time and peak hours, the number of customers on all our flights and at the airports increases. Busy times are expected at the airport from time to time and service points, such as check- in or security control may be congested. Please arrive at the airport latest 2 hours before your flight or if you are travelling to the USA, latest 3 hours before your flight.
The coronavirus situation still affects air travel significantly, and many countries have set travel restrictions. We will adjust our traffic plan according to the demand and changing travel restrictions.
