We want to offer you a smooth and comfortable journey with us.

You can use this form to inform us in case you are travelling with a medical device, you are travelling while pregnant or if you have any other medical condition, disability or impairment that limits your mobility.

Food allergies

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free cabin environment while you travel with us. If you have a food allergy, you can order a special meal for your flight via Manage booking. After boarding, our cabin crew will be able to provide information about the allergens in the meals served on that flight.
