Kompatibilitetsstatus

Finnair forpligter sig til at sikre digital tilgængelighed for personer med handicap. Vi forbedrer løbende den digitale brugeroplevelse for alle og anvender de relevante standarder for tilgængelighed.

Denne erklæring om hjælp til handicappede beskriver overensstemmelsen af hjemmesiden Finnair.com i henhold til Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), der definerer krav til designere og udviklere for at forbedre tilgængeligheden for personer med handicap. Den definerer tre niveauer af overensstemmelse: Niveau A, Niveau AA og Niveau AAA.

Baseret på denne evaluering er hjemmesiden Finnair.com delvist i overensstemmelse og tæt på at opfylde WCAG 2.1, overensstemmelseskravet for Niveau AA.

Delvist i overensstemmelse betyder, at nogle dele af indholdet, f.eks. farvekontraster, ikke er helt i overensstemmelse med tilgængelighedsstandarderne. Nogle af siderne understøtter ikke fuldt ud hjælpeteknologi, f.eks. skærmlæsere. Feedback til denne evaluering er velkommen.

Vi ønsker, at vores hjemmeside og tjenester skal være tilgængelige for alle. Derfor evaluerer og forbedrer vi løbende vores hjemmeside og tjenester. Revisionerne er i gang, og erklæringen om hjælp til handicappede fra Finnair.com opdateres regelmæssigt.

Payment

Check-in

  • 1.3.1 Info and Relationships: In the Check-in web view, after the "Identification" title, a screen reader says "Help lane equals..." etc. This information should not be read by a screen reader.
  • 1.3.2 Meaningful Sequence: Check in button is the last item in the "Flight information" view for a screen reader. In the UI logic, it is after Title and Terminal information.
    • The seat map is totally empty to screen reader users with no information or instructions. When a user closes the seat selection view, the application returns to the Flight information, not the previous view. 
  • 2.4.2 Page Titled: Check-in view has no name or title that a screen reader is able to read when a user arrives at the view.
  • 3.3.2 Labels or Instructions: Check in button has no label. A screen reader says "Unlabelled". A user is not able to understand the function where to start check-in.
  • In the Check-in view, the close button is missing a label. A screen reader says "Unlabelled button". 
  • 4.1.2 Name, Role, TItle: The seat map modal is missing a title.

  • 1.3.1 Word 'US' announced as an abbreviation/separate letters
