Something went wrong with my booking. What should I do?

You can live chat with our customer service while making your reservation in the booking service and get personal assistance on any questions related to purchasing flight tickets.

When you accept the fare and our terms and conditions, you will receive two e-mails – one containing confirmation of your booking, and the other containing your e-ticket. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 24 hours or if you have a double booking, please contact our customer service. The easiest and fastest way to contact us is via chat.
