I requested an upgrade with my Avios, but the upgrade has not been confirmed. When will I get confirmation if the upgrade has been successful?

We will confirm waitlisted upgrades 30 days to 48 hours before the flight, if there is availability. If we cannot confirm the upgrade at the latest 48 hours prior to departure, your place on the waitlist will be cancelled and your Avios or upgrade benefits will be automatically refunded to your Finnair Plus account within 24 hours.
