How do I cancel my booking in the app?

You can easily cancel your booking in the app.

1. Open the booking you want to cancel. You can either find your booking by entering your booking reference and family name or logging in to your Finnair Plus account if the booking is associated with it.
2. Scroll down to the bottom and select Cancel booking.
3. Review the details of your booking.
4. Confirm the cancellation by clicking Cancel booking.
5. Once your booking is cancelled, you will get a confirmation email.
