What is a mobile boarding pass and how does it work?

Mobile boarding pass is an electronic document that enables customers to pass security and board the aircraft by using their mobile device.

Mobile boarding pass can be opened from an SMS or e-mail link in mobile browser or in mobile wallet application (iPhone with iOS 6 or newer). In wallet it can also be opened from an e-mail attachment. An internet connection is required when the boarding pass is opened from a mobile device.

If you didn’t receive the SMS, first check that your mobile number is correct and saved in international format. If you have a Finnish mobile number, please leave out the first 0 (zero).

You can order the boarding pass again if needed by logging in to online check-in again. In case you are not able to open the link for some reason, please pick up a paper boarding pass from the check-in desk.
