Is there internet access on board?

Yes. Onboard internet connection is available on all our long-haul flights and short-haul flights flown with Airbus aircraft.

You can use the Nordic Sky portal with your own device to access Finnair.com and Finnair services, including destination information and customer care.

Full internet access can be purchased on board the flight.

Complimentary internet access

• For Business Class passengers with a Business Classic or Business Flex ticket and Finnair Plus Silver, Gold, Platinum and Platinum Lumo members, internet access is complimentary for the entire flight, on all Airbus flights.
• Finnair Plus Basic members can enjoy complimentary internet access for messaging on short-haul flights with Airbus aircraft.

Internet access isn’t available on Finnair flights operated with Embraer or ATR aircraft.
