Is my ticket flexible?
Whether you can make changes to your booking depends on the conditions of the ticket type you have purchased. Please check the conditions from your booking confirmation or your ticket (Restrictions/Endorsements, e.g. No change/Non Refundable or Change 50 eur/Refund Restricted).
If the ticket type allows you to change the date and/or time of your flight, you can do it through Manage booking. If you want to change the routing, please contact us by phone. If you bought your ticket from a travel agency, travel website or from another airline, please contact them directly for any changes.
