Our customer service is unable to answer questions about travel restrictions.

Delayed or damaged baggage

If your baggage doesn’t arrive on the same flight with you, please contact the Arrival Service desk in the arrivals hall where a delayed baggage report will be created.

Ejendelen afleveres til Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu (Hittegodskontoret). Besøg deres websted for at få kontaktoplysninger.

Bemærk, at hvis den mistede ejendel er et pas, overdrages den til den finske grænsekontrol.

Tobaksprodukter, alkohol og andre toldfrie ejendele, der efterlades om bord på flyet, afleveres til Helsinki Lufthavns toldmyndigheders passagerkontrol. Kontakt dem på tlf. +358 9 6141

På vores fly uden for Finland

Kontakt den lokale lufthavns hittegodskontor. Afhængigt af ejendelen, og hvem der finder den (flybesætning eller rengøringsfirma), kan den også blive overdraget til en Finnair ground handling-agent, som sender den tilbage til Finland til Suomen Löytötavarapalvelu. Besøg deres websted for at få kontaktoplysninger.

Alle ejendele, der findes i lufthavnens terminaler eller parkeringsområder afleveres ved Excess Baggage Companys serviceskranke.
