Why can’t I check in?

There may be several reasons why you can't check in at Finnair.com or with your phone. For example:

  • There are more than 36 h to the departure (24 h for flights to the USA)
  • Your name and booking reference do not match your ticket
  • The flight is operated by some other airline than Finnair or Norra
  • Your ticket is not updated
  • You are travelling with a pet

The service is not available for flights departing from Dubrovnik, Split, Dalaman, Salzburg and Rimini.
