What happens to my travel class upgrade if my flight is cancelled or rerouted?

If your flight is cancelled and you're rerouted on another Finnair flight, we'll try to keep you in the upgraded travel class if seats are available. If an upgrade isn't available on the new flight, the money, Avios or upgrade benefits used for the upgrade will be refunded.

If you're rerouted on a flight operated by another airline, you'll travel in your original travel class and receive a refund for the upgrade.
