I have an existing booking. How can I change it or add extra services like seats or lounge access to my journey?

Please go to Manage booking on our website. You need your reservation number and the last name of the passenger to retrieve the booking details. If you are unable to retrieve your booking or cannot change or buy any additional services online, please contact our customer service via chat by clicking on the chat button at the bottom right corner of this page.
