I disabled two-factor authentication via text message and now I can no longer see it as an option. How can I use it?
We’re discontinuing the use of two-factor authentication via text message, which means that you will no longer see it as an option in your Finnair Plus profile. However, you can enable two-factor authentication via email or an authenticator app.
We highly recommend enabling two-factor authentication to keep your account and Avios safe.
Are you currently using two-factor authentication via text message? Here’s how you can switch to another method:
- Log in to your Finnair Plus account.
- Go to the Update profile page and open the Two-factor authentication section.
- Disable two-factor authentication via text message.
- Enable two-factor authentication via email or an authenticator app.
