- The discounted price is available for Finnair Business Lounges at Helsinki Airport. Your flight must be operated and marketed by Finnair.
- The discount is available for flights that depart either during off-peak hours: 8.30 a.m.–2.29 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.–1.00 a.m. on the Schengen side; flights departing other times than between 3.00–6.30 p.m. on the non-Schengen side or peak hours: 3.00–6.30 p.m. on the non-Schengen side.
- You can stay in the lounge a maximum of 3 hours before your flight.
- You can only get the discount when you purchase lounge access via Finnair's direct online channels: Finnair.com, mobile app and Manage booking.

- Fresh pre-order meals are available for pre-order on most two to four-hour flights operated by Finnair and Norra in Central Europe, Northern Europe and parts of Southern Europe.
- Fresh meals and sandwiches must be ordered at least 7 hours before departure on flights departing from Helsinki and 24 hours before departure for all other flights.
- Please note that there is a limited number of meals available per flight. If the purchase is not successful, the quota may be full.
