The service fee for flight tickets purchased online is based on the departure country of the journey. The name change fee depends on both the country of departure and destination.
Service fees are non-refundable.

*When paying with Visa or Mastercard corporate cards, an additional charge of 1.95% of the total cost of the ticket will be collected. The credit card fee will not be collected for personal Visa or Mastercard cards. For payments done with American Express or Universal Air Travel Plan credit cards, an additional charge of 1.95% of the total cost of the ticket will be collected. When paying with Diners, the additional charge is 1%. This charge does not apply to infants.
**Non-refundable planning fee. Will be collected at the time of reservation. No additional service fee at the time of ticketing.
***If the reservation was made seven days or more prior to the flight's scheduled departure time, you can cancel it within 24 hours from the time of booking without a refund fee. Cancel your reservation via Manage Booking to receive a refund.
