I have not received the gift card to my email. What should I do?

Try searching your mailbox by the sender. The gift card is sent from noreply@finnair.com and the sender is Finnair Confirmation. Please check also your spam or junk folder. If the email cannot be found, please contact our customer service using the chat on finnair.com.
