We collect additional fees from certain payment methods to cover handling costs. Payment method fees apply to the sales of flight tickets. Fees do not apply to infant tickets (passengers 0–1 year), reissued tickets or the sales of travel extras, such as pre-selected seats and meals.
Fees for payment methods vary according to the card’s type, scheme and country of issue, and the country of sales. The fee is calculated from the total price of the flight ticket (excluding travel extras). You can see the exact processing fee and the grand total of your purchase before confirming your payment, after you have entered your payment method details on the payment page.
Payment method processing fees are non-refundable unless you have purchased a fully refundable ticket.
