Please note that we must be informed of illnesses requiring medical clearance and medical equipment 48 hours before departure at the latest. We will contact you as soon as possible. We will not respond to other inquiries via this form. By submitting this form, you give us your consent to process your medical data to handle and complete your service request. The consent also applies to our partners, if necessary.
