Why can’t I check in?
There may be several reasons why you can't check in at finnair.com or with your phone. For example:
- There are more than 36 h to the departure (24 h for flights to the USA)
- Your name and booking reference do not match your ticket
- The flight is operated by some other airline than Finnair or Norra
- Your ticket is not updated
- You are travelling with a pet
The service is not available for flights departing from Dubrovnik, Split, Dalaman, Salzburg and Rimini.
