I have a round-trip booking and want to cancel my return flight after using the departure flight. How will my refund be calculated?

Refunds will be calculated based on your ticket type's rules and any applicable fees.

• Superlight, Light and Classic tickets are generally non-refundable.
• Flex tickets are generally refundable without a cancellation fee. However, if your booking includes both a Flex ticket and a non-refundable ticket type, each ticket will follow its own refund policy, and a cancellation fee will apply.
  • For certain routes, if you cancel the return flight of a Flex ticket, we will redetermine your booking as a one-way trip. This means the refund amount will be adjusted by deducting the difference between the original fare paid and the one-way fare.
