The service fee for flight tickets purchased online is based on the departure country of the journey. The name change fee depends on both the country of departure and destination.
Service fees may be converted to local currency.
Service fees are non-refundable.

***If the reservation was made seven days or more prior to the flight's scheduled departure time, you can cancel it within 24 hours from the time of booking without a refund fee. Cancel your reservation via Manage Booking to receive a refund.
