Service fee for flight tickets purchased online is based on departure country of the journey. Please see the service fees regarding the departure country. Name change fee depends on both country of departure and destination.
Service fees are non-refundable.
Flights to some North American destinations may be exempt from the online service fee.

****If the reservation was made seven days or more prior to the flight's scheduled departure time, you can cancel it within 24 hours from the time of booking without a refund fee. Cancel your reservation via Manage Booking to receive a refund.
