Is it possible to have assistance at the airport for elderly customers or customers with reduced mobility?

Yes. Please inform us about your need for assistance at least 48 hours before your flight departure so we can confirm the airport assistance service for you. The assistant can help you move around the airport and make your way to the aircraft. There are also wheelchairs available at all airports for moving between the check-in and boarding the aircraft. 

Please inform us of your need for assistance via our special assistance form after you have booked your ticket. If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason, you can contact our customer service via phone at +358 9 818 0800 or via chat. You can check the status of your assistance request in Manage booking.​

If you travel with a wheelchair and need assistance boarding the aircraft, please arrive at the departure gate at the latest 45 minutes before the departure time when travelling within Europe and 50 minutes before the departure time when travelling to or from an intercontinental destination.
