Frequently asked questions

Can I pack two pairs of skis and ski shoes in one ski bag if the weight doesn’t exceed 23 kg?

Yes, a ski bag can contain skis and other related equipment, and it counts as one piece of baggage. If the baggage allowance does not exceed, no extra charge applies. You can check the baggage allowance from your ticket.

Do I need to inform you if I'm travelling with skis?

Normally you can carry skiing equipment that is within your baggage allowance without informing us in advance. If you are travelling in a group of ten or more people and you all have skis with you, please inform us by chat or phone about the skis in advance.
