Compensation policy
Form of compensation:
- If you are entitled to compensation, it will be primarily paid in cash. However, you can choose to receive the compensation as a gift card.
- By choosing a gift card, you will receive 50% added value.
- The gift card is valid for 12 months from the compensation decision.

Avios compensation
Avios will be added to your Finnair Plus account within 3 working days. Avios do not affect your Finnair Plus tier.
