I want to pay for my flights with a Finnair flight gift card. Why is the option not available on the Payment page?

The option is not available when you are trying to book Finnair Plus award flights or pay using a combination of money and Avios.

It's also possible that you are trying to use the gift card to book a flight that departs from a country that doesn't use the euro as its currency. In this case, you need to change your location to one of the eurozone countries from the country and language selector marked with a flag icon.

Example: You want to book a flight from Dallas to Helsinki with a flight gift card that is priced in euros. Your location is set as 'United States - EN', which means that prices are shown in US dollars. You need to change to e.g. 'Finland - EN' to pay the booking with the gift card in euros.
