I’m having trouble checking in online. Where can I get help?

Check that you have entered your 6-digit booking code and your family name exactly as it is on your ticket.

Please also note, that numbers one (1) and zero (0) are not used in our booking references. You can also use your ticket number instead of the booking reference.
