Tickets that were purchased and issued before 31 March 2020 are called Light, Value and Pro.
Light is ideal when you are certain of your travelling dates and don't need any flexibility. Light ticket is non-changeable and non-refundable in case you need to cancel the journey. Checked baggage is not included in the ticket price, but if needed, can be purchased separately through Manage booking. Normal carry-on baggage is included free of charge.
Value offers more flexibility and one piece of checked baggage is included in the ticket. Flights can be changed for a fee, and you can get a partial refund in case you need to cancel the ticket. It is ideal when booking a journey where you may need to make changes on travel dates or times.
Pro is fully flexible and can be changed without a change fee and it is fully refundable in case you need to cancel the ticket. It is ideal when flexibility is needed, for example when travelling for work and a meeting date is not fixed. Other advantages of Pro ticket: free advance seating, priority check-in, priority security where available and priority boarding.
