What should I do if my train is late?

Please arrive at the airport at least two hours before your scheduled flight departure. If your selected train connection arrives less than two hours before the scheduled departure, Finnair is not liable for missed flight connections.

If your train is late, make sure to get a delay certificate from the train conductor. The certificate must be presented to Finnair in case the delay causes you to miss your flight. In this case, Finnair will take care of rebooking your flight.
