Kindly read our travel updates page what you can do if your flight has been cancelled or you wish to change your travel dates. You can follow our travel updates here.
To change your travel dates, please go to Manage booking. If you would like to change your travel date on a cancelled flight, please contact our customer service. If your flight has been cancelled due to the coronavirus-situation and you wish to request for refund of the unused part of your ticket, you can do it by filling in this form. Kindly cancel your booking first at Manage booking. If cancelling is not possible there, please contact our customer service and they will help you to cancel the booking and also fill out the refund request for you.
