Can I bring food into Australia?

Yes, but only if you declare it on arrival. Australia has strict biosecurity rules for food and other organic products.

You must declare:

• food and ingredients
• plant products
• animal products
• any other restricted items.

Don't take food served on board the aircraft into Australia. If you're unsure whether to declare something, declare it.
