How can I track the status of my refund request?

You can check the status of your active refund requests from the Refund status page.

Please note that refund request statuses are accessible for a month after handling the requests.

If the status of your request is Refunded or Closed, but you haven't received the refund yet, please contact your bank or credit card company for further information.
