Can I transfer Avios to another person’s British Airways Executive Club account?

No, you can only transfer Avios between your own Finnair Plus and British Airways Executive Club accounts. However, if you want to transfer Avios to friends or family members within the Finnair Plus program, you can do that in Finnair Shop.
