I have requested wheelchair assistance. Do I need to book a seat in advance?
Advance seating is chargeable for Light and Classic ticket types. You can choose a chargeable seat, once the wheelchair assistance is confirmed. If you have booked a Flex ticket type ticket, you can choose a Standard Seat or Preferred Seat free of charge in advance.
Seating is free of charge (standard seats) at the time of check-in. Online check-in opens 36 hours before departure. For flights to the USA, check-in opens 24 hours before departure. Kindly note that it is not possible to book an Extra Legroom Seat if you have requested an assistance service.
If you have requested wheelchair assistance to/from the seat, we will seat you on a window seat due to safety reasons. Seating is free of charge for you and one assistant. Please note that seats with more legroom are still chargeable in this case.
