Finnair customer support will always be at your service if you have a connecting flight with Juneyao Air and need help with it – online, through call centres and at the airport.

As a Finnair Plus member, you will earn award points with a greatly improved accrual rate when flying with Juneyao Air. This means you will earn more points from Juneyao flights than before we entered the joint business partnership.  

Q&A about the partnership

Our joint business with Juneyao Air is a significant step forward for our commitment to providing convenient connections between Asia and Europe. Together with Juneyao Air's network in China and ours in Europe, we will offer broadened opportunities for you to explore more destinations. 

From Day 1 of the joint business, Finnair Plus members can enjoy a significantly improved award points accrual rate when flying with Juneyao Air. This means members will earn more points from Juneyao flights than before we entered the joint business partnership. You can find more detailed information here.

Juneyao operated flights will be available to book on Finnair.com from 23 June 2021. Codeshare flights will start operations from 1 July onward.

The joint business focuses on the Helsinki–Shanghai route but also the connections between Helsinki and Europe, as well as Shanghai and mainland China. Finnair customers will have access to 57 destinations in China, while Juneyao customers will benefit from improved connectivity to 65 cities in Europe.
