Pro is fully flexible and can be changed without a change fee and it is fully refundable in case you need to cancel the ticket. It is ideal when flexibility is needed, for example when traveling for work and a meeting date is not fixed. Other advantages of Pro ticket: free advance seating, priority check-in, priority security where available and priority boarding.
