Please note that we are unable to respond to questions about your current or upcoming travel via this feedback form. If you have any questions related to your reservation, please see our FAQ or contact your nearest Finnair office. To change your travel dates, please go to Manage booking. If you would like to change your travel date on a cancelled flight, please contact our customer service. If your flight has been cancelled e.g. due to the coronavirus situation and you wish to request for refund of the unused part of your ticket, you can do it by filling in this form.

If you’re submitting a claim, please contact us within 2 months of the flight date. If you want to apply for compensation for your delayed baggage, please contact your insurance company or send us a request within 21 days of receiving your baggage.
