I need an invoice of my ticket. What should I do?

If you have an active flight booking, you can get an e-ticket receipt from Manage booking. Go to the Passenger and documents tab and then to E-ticket and document numbers.

If your trip is over and the booking is no longer active, you can request an e-ticket receipt through the VAT receipt form.
