Can a walker/rollator be taken to the cabin?

No. Due to the limited space in the cabin, walkers are carried as checked baggage free of charge.

Please inform us of your walker after you have booked your ticket, at least 48 hours before your flight via our special assistance form. When informing us about your walker, please provide its dimensions and weight. If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason, you can contact our customer service via phone at +358 9 818 0800 or via chat.
