You can book your PrioFlex tickets directly from Finnair.com by joining Finnair for Business and signing in with your ompany credentials. Joining is easy and free of charge. You can also book PrioFlex tickets through your travel agency, but make sure to ask about their capabilities to offer this product.

Ticket changes, name changes and refund for cancelled or unused tickets are available for both PrioFlex ticket types. Please note that additional conditions, detailed below, may apply:
Ticket changes for PrioFlex tickets are permitted until check-in closes. More flexible conditions may apply on certain routes. Travel dates can be moved up to 12 months ahead. See the check-in times.
A name change for PrioFlex tickets is only permitted if all the flights in the itinerary are operated and marketed by Finnair or Norra.
Refund rules differ in the case of flight disruptions. Read more about applying for a refund.
Flight cancellations for PrioFlex tickets are permitted until check-in closes. More flexible conditions may apply on certain routes. See the check-in times. The conditions for certain routes have restrictions on refunds in case you cancel the flight after the first flight is already used.
