All about Finnair Plus Basic
When you join Finnair Plus, you’ll start off as a Basic member and your one-year tracking period will start. The tracking period will recur automatically on a yearly basis.
Your card will automatically appear in the Finnair app when you log in, and the card will remain valid for as long as you have Basic membership. When you fly with Finnair or other oneworld airlines you’ll collect tier points that allow you to move up through the Finnair Plus membership tiers, and Avios that you can use to redeem many kinds of valuable rewards.

- Enjoy complimentary internet connection for messaging on Finnair short-haul flights within Europe that are operated with Airbus A319, A320 and A321 aircraft. The Message package supports sending text-based messages in WhatsApp, Viber, Kakao Talk, WeChat and iMessage throughout the flight (no pictures, videos or SMS). The benefit is available starting from 1 November 2023. Complimentary internet connections are available when travelling on Finnair flights with AY code on a ticket.
