Download VAT invoice
A VAT invoice is issued for company tax and accounting purposes only. It is not a travel document.
You can request a VAT invoice for a Finnair flight ticket (the first three digits of the ticket number must be 105) or for an EMD (digital receipt for extra services).
Please note that while the VAT invoice is usually available immediately, it may sometimes take up to 48 hours for your reservation to appear in our system.
- Make sure to enter the family name exactly as it appears on your booking and ticket.
- If there are several passengers with the same family name in one booking, enter both the family name and the e-ticket number to ensure you receive the correct VAT invoice.
- If you need a separate e-ticket receipt for an active booking, you can order it through Manage booking.
VAT invoice can't be issued if:
- The ticket has been refunded or changed.
- If your ticket was purchased from another airline or through a travel agency, please contact them directly to request the receipt.
