Terms and conditions

• Pre-orders are delivered for flights until 18 April 2023, and products are sold as long as there is stock left. 
• For flights departing from Helsinki, orders must be placed by noon the day before the flight.
• For flights arriving in Helsinki, orders must be placed no later than 3 to 5 days before the departure of the flight. 
• Flights to/from Doha and the shortest flights are excluded. Please see the availability of your flight by adding your flight details to Finnair Shop.
• Finnair Plus members will earn Finnair Plus points from pre-order products.
