How do I know what my ticket includes? Where can I check this?

You can check what's included in your ticket from your booking confirmation email or Manage booking.

If you purchased your flight ticket before 31 March 2020, that is before we renewed our ticket types, there’s also nothing to worry about. Your original ticket and its benefits are still valid with no changes required from you. You can also upgrade your travel class the same way as before.
