Is it possible to borrow a wheelchair at the airport?
Wheelchairs are available at all airports for moving between check-in and boarding the aircraft. If you wish to borrow a wheelchair for independent use or with your own assistant, please note that wheelchairs cannot be reserved in advance. You can request one at the airport to use during your stay there.
If you need assistance, please inform us of your needs via our special assistance form after booking your ticket, at least 48 hours before your flight.
