We want to offer you a smooth and comfortable journey with us.

You can use this form to inform us in case you have any medical condition, disability or impairment that limits your mobility, if you are travelling with a medical device, if you are pregnant, or if you need assistance during your journey.

If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason or if you have any further questions, our customer service is happy to help you.

Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free cabin environment while you travel with us. If you have a food allergy, you can order a special meal for your flight via Manage booking. After boarding, our cabin crew will be able to provide information about the allergens in the meals served on that flight.
