How can I arrange for wheelchair assistance at the airport?

Special assistance is available at airports for all passengers with a disability or reduced mobility to help them move around. Please inform us of your need for assistance via our special assistance form after you have booked your ticket, at least 48 hours before your flight. If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason, you can contact our customer service via phone at +358 9 818 0800 or via chat. You can check the status of your assistance request in Manage booking.
