How do I travel with an assistance or service dog?

Assistance and service dogs that are trained to support a person with a disability or medical condition can be taken into the cabin in accordance with airline rules without any extra charge. Read more about which dogs are welcome to travel in the cabin and under which conditions. 

You need to let us know about your assistance or service dog at least 48 hours before your flight via our special assistance form. If you are unable to fill in the form for any reason, you can contact our customer service via phone at +358 9 818 0800 or via chat.
