Finnair flight operations are returning back to normal

The support strike of IAU has ended and Finnair’s flight operations are returning back to normal on Tuesday. Yesterday some cancellations were announced for returning flights for Tuesday. Continue reading to see your options in case of a cancelled flight on 25 and 26 November.

Your options, if your flight was cancelled on 25 Nov or 26 Nov:  

  1. We have re-routed you to your destination. You can find your updated travel plan via Manage booking. If you wish to make changes to your re-routing, you can check possible alternatives in Manage booking, or contact Finnair Customer Service or your travel agency.
  2. You can change your travel date and choose to travel until 1 December on flights operated by Finnair or Norra, if there is availability in your original travel class. You can change your reservation by contacting Finnair Customer Service or your travel agency.
  3. You can apply for a refund for your unused flight ticket.
